Managing Director
Mark has been Managing Director of Warden Group for 18+ years. He has overseen Warden’s considerable investment in biofilm technology R&D which helped established research partnerships with two of the UK’s leading academic centres of excellence to work collaboratively to create next generation wastewater treatment filter media solutions. He successfully developed the Warden Biomedia brand and supports the growing team, ensuring that they work closely together to become the driving force for success as well as safeguarding the company stakeholders.
Gary Ford
Production Manager
Gary is our Production Manager with more than decade of experience in quality control. He ensures Warden’s quality assurance procedures and manuals meet the highest standards, with emphasis placed on continuous improvement for the benefit of the customers. All of Warden’s products are manufactured to the high standards dictated by our BS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Assurance system and Gary ensures that the supply chain also meet these standards. He joined Warden as a Quality Systems Engineer in 2013, he became Quality Manager in 2017 and Production Manager in 2024.
